BIOGRAPHY
PRINS is a New Zealand-born pop artist carving out a bold, international lane with sleek pop hooks, sharp visuals, and a live show built for scale. Blending high-energy pop with a darker, confident edge, her sound sits comfortably alongside RAYE, Selena Gomez, Tate McRae, and Ashnikko, polished, emotionally charged, and unapologetically modern.
Across 2024 and 2025, PRINS built momentum both at home and internationally, performing shows across Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. In New Zealand, she delivered standout festival performances including Rolling Meadows and headlining Carnival Festival in Wellington on New Year’s Eve, cementing her reputation as a commanding live act with strong youth and festival appeal.
Over the past two years, PRINS has spent roughly half her time based in Los Angeles, embedding herself deeply in the US music ecosystem. In 2025 alone, she spent five months in LA writing with top-tier songwriters and producers, strengthening industry relationships, and showcasing at Musexpo in front of influential global tastemakers. This period marked a clear creative evolution, refining both her sound and visual identity while building a catalogue designed for longevity and scale.
Her upcoming 5-track EP Heaven or Hell, set for release in 2026, represents her most confident and cohesive body of work to date. The project balances euphoric pop with darker emotional themes, pairing radio-ready production with a strong conceptual and visual world. Following the completion of Heaven or Hell, a whole new project is already underway, alongside select international collaborations, positioning PRINS for sustained momentum well beyond a single release cycle.
Now based in Los Angeles, PRINS enters 2026 focused on headline touring both nationally and internationally, strategic collaborations, and expanding a globally scalable live show. With a rapidly growing Gen Z fanbase and a proven ability to deliver high-impact performances, PRINS is positioning herself as one of New Zealand’s most exciting contemporary pop exports.
